    The city views from my room were fine. The room itself was spacious, offering plenty of room to move around. The amenities included a large bathroom and an espresso machine. I enjoyed the breakfast offerings in the Symphony Restaurant. The salmon was especially fresh and flavorful. I faced a challenge during check-in. Initially, I was assigned a smoking room despite my request for a non-smoking one. After some negotiation, I was switched to a higher floor, but there was still a faint smell of smoke in the room. I think better management of room availability would improve the guest experience. The lobby setup on a high floor isn't the most convenient, especially after a long journey. I appreciated the pleasant ambiance and helpful staff, but improvements in communication and room assignment processes are needed.

    Clean and sophisticated hotel in Aoba Ward district. Extremely comfy bed in double room with a private safe, a minibar, and central heating. Plentiful and absolutely superb breakfast with variety of food. Location near the general areas the top of the tv and other things out of reach had a ton of dust as well as Sendai train station. Simply nothing to complain about, lovely stay...

    Wicked awesome views from my room! I was blown away by the snowy mountains and the sea peeking from the window. The super nice team, especially when I needed a few local tips. Had a blast at the buffet breakfast too! Couldn't ask for a better stay, honestly.

    Incredibly friendly staff. They helped me navigate the area and offered a lovely map. The breakfast had a good selection and the bar was quite nice. Alas, I wished they had English maps available.
